Moor Imagination Centre

  • Trader set up is Friday 12pm - 6pm and Saturday 7am - 9am (6.30am in the town hall/foundry barn). If you want to set up on Friday evening, this is also possible but can you arrange it with us first to ensure someone is at the venue.

  • Once you arrive at your venue, find one of the volunteers who will show you to your allocated space.

  • Can everyone be set up and ready to trade by 9.15am on Saturday 29th November. Last year, we had people ready to shop at 10am and so we would like to be set up so that you can have a breather and a browse amongst the other makers before the event opens.

  • Pack down does not begin until the event finishes at 5pm

  • There is Wi-Fi in the Town Hall and the Brew Hub - however please ensure you are able to take your card payments using 3G as your primary method of payment.

  • We have a team of volunteers who will be in high vis grey vests - if you need any help before, during or after the event, please ask them.

Buckfastleigh Town Hall

33 Bossell Road, Buckfastleigh. TQ11 0DD

There is limited parking outside - please offload your stand / products and then go and park otherwise you risk being ticketed! If you are setting up on Friday, there is free on-road parking (e.g. Market Street or Chapel Street) or you can park in one of the car parks (but will need to pay).

You will have access to the kitchen here should you need to make hot drinks / access to water.

Foundry Barn

Off the Fore Street, take the lane to the left (under the archway) just past Modern Move. https://maps.app.goo.gl/AfepcLjeim2pi1aE7

The turning onto the lane that takes you to the Foundry Barn is tight, so please continue 50m further down the Fore Street and park in the layby on the left outside the Valiant Soldier. If you need to offload directly outside the venue, please let us know.

As this is an old barn, ensure you have warm clothing! We will have a kettle should you wish to make hot drinks during the day.

The Brew Hub

Newson Building, Mardle Way, Buckfastleigh TQ11 0NR

You will be able to pull up onto the tarmac to offload your stand (Friday only) and then you will need to go and park your car up. We will update whether you are able to park in the exhibitor parking asap - check back here to see. If you are offloading on the Saturday morning, the tarmac will have traders / picnic seating, so the best place would be to pull up on the drive onto the Devonia sheepskins site to offload, before moving your car to the exhibitor parking.

Pack down after the event:

Saturday 5pm - 7pm

Sunday 9am - 12pm

Exhibitor Parking:

You will be allocated a free parking space for the duration of the event and a pass to put in the window of your car. Please do not park on the Devonia Sheepskins site as we need as many spaces as possible for the event.
