Model making with Jim Parkyn
Come and join Jim Parkyn who will be coming along to Wintertide with a big box of plasticine and a frame to fill with a winter scene of all your work. Fun for all ages and a chance to make something joyful.
As a sculptor, model maker and character designer, Jim is the helping hand behind many classic characters including Wallace and Gromit, Shaun The Sheep and Creature Comforts.

Naturemake Mini Makes
The Naturemake team will be bringing their found and foraged natural treasures and glue guns so you can get creating one of their mini-makes (£7pp).
Naomi will be selling her enchanting craft kits over in the Town Hall and running drop in workshops in the Primary School, to ignite the imaginations of our fair goers, young and old.

Friends of Buckfastleigh School (FOBS)
They will be serving up refreshments including freshly brewed Voyager Coffee, Teas and squash along with waffles! They will also have a teddy tombola and book sale.
Come along and support the school - all funds raised goes directly back into activities which help support the children at Buckfastleigh Primary.

Badge Making
For 2025, Osian will be bringing back his badge maker with a stack of old illustrated encyclopaedias and nature magazines for people to make their own badge.
It only costs £1 and he donates all profits to local wildlife charities.

Face Painting with Libby & Evelyn
Come and choose from a menu or bring your own ideas. They will be painting whole or half faces or little body paints on arms too.
They use Snazaroo paints which are skin friendly and easy on and off.

Happy Bubbles Devon
Charlotte will be bringing along her giant bubble making kit. Come and enjoy the magic of bubbles out on the school playground. between 11am and 1pm.
Fun for all ages 0 to 100 and beyond. Watch them float away or enjoy making and popping them..

Pixie Folk Tales with Henry Everett
Come and meet Henry Everett, the author of a wonderful new book called Pixie Folk Tales. This collection of traditional folk tales from Devon, Somerset and Cornwall brings together mischievous and marvellous tales that have been retold over generations.
He will also be sharing tales from his wonderful new book with storytelling sessions throughout the day. There will be limited spaces - booking info coming soon.
