The next Sunday Papers Club will be held as part of Southcombe Barn’s Gaza Sunday Fundraiser - a day of Sunday activities to raise funds for Medecins Sans Frontieres and Combatants for Peace towards needed humanitarian support in Gaza. Following our first Sunday Papers Club, held back in the Autumn, the next get together will be held as part of Southcombe Barn’s bigger Gaza Sunday Fundraiser on Sunday 4th February.
We are all part of an incredible creative community here in the south-west and creating moments for us to all come together can be a wonderful thing. To help this happen, Southcombe Barn have kindly offered their beautiful land and use of the wild spa (which features a wood-fired sauna and natural swimming pond) as a place for us all to gather.
There will be 30 spaces available for the sauna, on a first come first serve basis, so please book asap to confirm your spot.
Slots available:
10am - 11am / 11am - 12pm / 12pm - 1pm
£5 per person (+50p payment fees)
All sales will be donated and you are welcome to donate more on the day.
You are also welcome to turn up and simply enjoy the social and donate to a great cause. The following activities will also be available on the day, so come along, bring your friends and family and help Southcombe raise as much money as possible. You will also be able to buy Issues 02 - 04 of the paper with all profits going towards the Fundraiser as well.
Herbal Teas and Cakes - Briar Bakery

Yoga with Harriet Herb
10.30 - 11.45am
Harriet will offer a usual Sunday morning lesson - all new bookings taken (£13 pp) by contacting Harriet here and will be donated.
Sunday Sound Bath
12.15 - 1pm
Vashti will offer a deeply meditative sound bath session for 45 mins in the green barn. BYO blanket/cushion (and mat if you have one). Lavender eye bags provided. Spare mats available. 25 tickets on sale here.
Sunday Specials at Cafe on the Green
12 - 2pm
The Cafe on the Green will be offering lunches as always for anyone visiting the village on Sundays. Profits on all specials bought by Southcombe guests will be kindly donated.
Foragers - film showing with Totnes Community Herbal
2pm - 3.05pm
The Foragers will be shown in collaboration with our friends at Totnes Community Herbal. Tickets are available to buy here. The film will be showing from 2pm and the running time is 1 hour 5 mins in length. The film is £10 p/p and all donations welcome. 50 seats max.
