Small – 1m wide - £40
Standard – 2m wide - £80
*Please note the stand size you book is the width of your space, not the width of the table. As the space is measured out, please do not turn up with a table that is 2m wide if you order a 2m space!
What’s included?
Indoor pitch within the Moor Imagination Collective building
Access to power (on request)
Use of table and chairs if required (we have 0.8m and 1.8m width tables)
Listing on event webpage and promotion via newsletter, social media and online listings
Name listed in event booklet which will be available prior to the event and handed out to visitors on the day

Please use the link below to download a template Risk Assessment form (if you don’t have your own).
Please fill out and email back to hannah@thesouthwester.co.uk before Saturday 31st October.
If you don’t have Excel you should be able to save the file to Google Drive and open as a Google Form to edit.
