Wintertide | Saturday 29th November | 10am - 5pm
As the event grows each year, we also need to grow our team of volunteers to help make it all happen. For this reason, we’d like you to get in contact if you’d like to be a part of the Wintertide volunteer team this year.
Whilst there are only the two of us behind Wintertide, it is the team of people who come together to help make it all happen that are the reason the event is so special.
There are many ways in which you can help - either on the day, or as part of the set up team before the event. We try to be flexible and help make the day enjoyable for all. As with any event, there is a level of unpredictability and so we are looking for people who are able to use their own initiative and common sense.
You will be given an Event and Health & Safety briefing before you take part in the event. This will occur on the briefing day at The Doe but also on the day of the event.
In return for your commitment, we will provide lunch for you to enjoy on the day and a free coffee / hot drink voucher to be redeemed at any of the Voyager Coffee stands.
